Asymptomatic is another word for HEALTHY. Asymptomatic does not apply to viral infections.

Herpes. Shingles. Viruses. Viruses that stay in you, that you still have the potential to spread while being asymptomatic.

Diabetes was one example that is easy to comprehend and elaborate on, it didn't have to be a virus because asymptomatic is a status that exists with diseases and viruses both.
