I was amazed at how quickly those in northeast Ohio chucked the masks once the mandate was lifted. I also spent alot of time in Indiana, and it took poeple there about 2 weeks to kick the habit. Interesting. For context, some of the east Cleveland suburbs were some of the few areas where Biden signs ruled the day.
