WARNING:
Bought a lot of gold from them. Assumed since it's insured and signature confirmation, I would not have any risk. Informed by Fedex it will be here on Wednesday - nothing then late, after 9PM, it shows as delivered. I have a full view of my street and driveway, no one showed that day as I was puckering nervous waiting for it. Called JM Bullion in the am inform them I do not have it yet it shows delivered. They say "Sorry- you are out of luck, file a police report and see if your home owners will cover the loss" I asked, WTF, I didnt sign for anything, never say the guy. They stated, "Due to the pandemic, delivery companies are not required to get a signature. So basically, once it leave JM Bullion's warehouse, It's 100% on you, the insurance doesnt exist. Get a call back from fedex from the multiple messages left, Truck is on the way and it will be delivered today. Got it around noon, even though it showed signed and delivered for the prior day.
Never Again - Thousands at risk. I will only only go to where I can physically do the transaction.
Damn! That would freak me out. At least you got it! I paid the extra $3 for UPS and signature verify. Know my driver too so I wasn’t worried. It does take a week or two to ship which is annoying but I gots all the silv!!
I about had a heart attack. First time purchase and a sizeable amount of bullion. I will never go that route again. It's the "No signature" part that screws you. I have also had that battle with amazon on numerous occasions as well.If it was shipped via courier, with a hand off, I would do it if the hand off was the confirmation.

Still stacking, but via brick and mortar.
