Hopefully, I speak for others when I ask these questions...
Let's say that widespread fraud is found in several states that render those state's election fraudulent. What then? Will that state's legislature decertify their Electoral votes? Can this be done easily? And what if enough states do this where it would flip the Electoral College totals? Then what?
I know that I'm getting ahead of myself but I keep hearing the same old lines from BlueAnons that tell me that nothing will change the outcome. It's been certified and that's that.
Any hopeful explanation would be much appreciated.
In a nutshell……US v THROCKMORTON “Fraud vitiates everything.” That enduring opinion was the crux of the landmark decision handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court in the above referenced case of the United States versus Throckmorton. Ipso facto, the outcome of a POTUS election that is rife with one-sided fraud and criminality is rendered null and void. Especially any result which saw the winner attain his or her victory through fraudulent means and/or criminal conduct is automatically canceled and invalid under the law. The same U.S. Supreme Court ruling also determined that fraud vitiates contracts. An election is essentially a binding contract between the electorate and the elected. This indispensable social contract is irreparably broken through voter fraud and election cyber-crimes as the public trust is profoundly violated. The transparent Democrat-directed election theft of 2020 has rent asunder the sacred covenant between the elected and the electors. Hence, Joe Biden’s illicitly declared victory is illegitimate and therefore annulled forthwith. The Biden-Harris ticket has also forfeited any right to a recount or a re-run of the election because of their highly organized and premeditated fraud perpetrated to outright steal it. Remember, fraud vitiates everything.
Can the court be trusted to do its job?
When they start seeing their Judge colleagues hauled off by Tier 1 operators and disappeared to the Spa, they'll change their tunes right quick.
who will uphold/enforce this?
The military is the only way-look to Law of War with sections on belligerent occupiers of the city state of DC..
That's a good question.
no one. The dems do as they wish, they will pay no attention to a 130 year old ruling.
Thank you so much for that excellent legal explanation.
It was a contract dispute…elections are essentially contracts.
Was very interesting when during his confirmation hearing, it was either Jim Jordon or Rand Paul who questioned Justice Kavanaugh about ‘precedence’.
Well said, it may be helpful to expand to show that the finding has been reinforced by the supreme court a variety of times since that one. You'll find the lefties like to pretend that anything more than 10 minutes old doesn't count, oh, see, someone already posted about the land dispute as a reason to justify that Biden CAN in fact win via fraud.
