My uncle (in 70s) got the second shot of AZ couple weeks ago. Just a few days ago he had a sudden heart attack and passed away. Even that is not clear. All they know is he had trouble breathing and swallowing, and he passed away.

No post-mortems, nothing. They were given the option to cremate the same day, or it would be delayed indefinitely. Family went with the same day option.
