That's a great question!

If they answer yes, they reveal themselves as out of control psychopaths (they are) who need to be removed from power for the safety of the people of earth.

If they answer no, they invalidate the legitimacy of their global climate agenda by admitting that US agencies cannot take actions with the goal of affecting the entire globe (they can't) and need to be removed from power for even attempting a [psychopathic] global climate manipulation scheme.

Checkmate.
