The enemy starts its infiltration at the lowest levels first.

This has frustrated me to no end: In my voting district all of these lower positions have candidates that have no information available as to who they are or what their agendas are. They are just names on a ballot and you have no way to find out anything unless you just happen to be socially connected to them somehow.

This is by design!
