Dilution doesnt decrease the amount of an active ingredient. If you need 100mg of something it doesnt matter if you take it with a single glass of water or take it with an entire 4 course meal, you still took 100mg.
You don’t seem to understand how dilution works, forget my examples with coffee and hot chocolate, let’s take tea, when you add more water to tea it becomes less and less strong , how complicated is it???
Basic math, just like putting water in your coffee to dilute the thing, makes it less strong
Putting water into coffee dilutes the taste, it doesnt make the caffeine in the coffee less effective.
It kinda does though, by altering the density of it and all, same with hot chocolate for a different example

This is true.
