I just turned on English sub-titles on YT - seems like this video is stating that some new account on YT - "The Economist" - has a bunch of planted subscribers and that it is just being used as a misinformation/diversion/honey pot to collect email addresses. It seemed that much of the original intent may be lost in translation though so maybe some Herman can explain it to us non-sprecken sie Deutsche schweinhunds.
