I don't think they care that you don't consent, they're gonna do it anyways.

This isn't a game of lawyers and legalese, you not going to change the world by breaking fictitious symbolic contracts and 'hereby declaring' them to stop committing evil.

It'll save us a lot of bother if you can hereby declare them to Gitmo, but it just make us sound like crazy people.
