Nah, hs comma use is fine. A little old fashioned, maybe, given that the current trend is toward fewer commas; but, hey, he's 75 on Monday, right?

Commas are an art and a science. In a sense they are he most subjective and hard to master of all punctuation. I say hats off to President Trump for his communication prowess!
