Those lawyer just threw a bag of shit at the judge and hope something sticks. This motion makes no sense. They claim sovereign immunity then claim the.deposition can't go forward until they are served and their motion to dismiss is heard.

Sorry, BRE you can't have it both ways, go pound sand.
