yea rain causes tunnels to flood. Where do you think the water came from? Just because its not raining in DC which I'm not sure doesn't mean its not raining upriver.
There were previous videos of military flooding out the alleged underground tunnels in DC.

What platform? I've never seen it, not saying i don't believe it. The north east has been getting hit hard with rain thats why I think thats more logical. At this point in time I feel the watermarks are of much more importance than the tunnels. If they were going to flood the tunnels I guess it would be during a large storm. I think it this way flooding a tunnel is flooding a tunnel it could technically pumped out or drained. If i really wanted to destroy the tunnels i would fill them with concrete or use explosives not use water. With watermarks on the ballets that will be a game changer and makes it very easy to separate the fake ballots. I dont claim to be a genius thats just my best logical guess.

Tunnels Re there to move water away from the surface. Common engineering if you build in a tidal swamp.

in my opinion I think its the ballots. To me watermarks on the ballots are much bigger than flooding the tunnels even though nefarious thing go On down there.
And when Q says follow the MAP, or key to MAP unlocks....- I think it means election map. MAP (Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania) will be the first 3 states to flip. Just those 3 states alone have enough electoral votes to put our 45 back in.
