That pic that was posted today is 4 days but I think the east coast is getting more rain now. I'm in CO so only a couple thousand miles away.

yea rain causes tunnels to flood. Where do you think the water came from? Just because its not raining in DC which I'm not sure doesn't mean its not raining upriver.
