Wow! You just triggered me in a good way. I had NEVER BEFORE considered that the little motorcycles and go-karts might be child outreach and recruiting tools...

The old guy (RIP) who I knew never had any IDEA of anything shady behind the organization. It was all fun and fund-raising for him. I'll let you and everyone else know if I find there's anything behind the go-karts & motor-scooters....

We use the mini cycles at horse shows cause golf carts are out of style.

But I never would thought it being used as recruiting tools either.
