My family (excluding myself) have been injected and I'm getting uncomfortable feelings in my legs, mainly in the 'biceps femoris' muscle region (anatomy) when I sit down for even a few minutes. It feels like the blood is coagulating there, if we are able to have that feeling. Before my family's injection I did get that feeling, but only after sitting down for a long time; not after just five minutes. My arms feel like blood is struggling to move through them when I'm in bed and the arm is bent for just a few seconds. My heart has been behaving differently, beating heavier, more laboured and sometimes feels 'inflamed' if again that's possible for humans to feel.
I was wanting to see if you guys have noticed anything yourselves. I might have to take some spike protein shedding countermeasures, such as the pine needle tea and Ivermectin.
I am the only one at work who hasn't been jabbed. My boss took the vax and I am in pretty close quarters with him a lot of the time (i.e., I'm in his office a lot, I sit at his computer to troubleshoot, get him on zoom calls, etc. and he will come by my desk and sometimes look at my screen to proofread over my shoulder). I was a little concerned at first when some minor bruises showed up on my left thigh - I could only account for one of them, from when I slammed my leg against the corner of my desk drawer. But I've had that happen before so I don't want to overreact to it. I would try to maybe meditate over it and put it out of your head for a while to see if that makes any difference in how you feel physically. I know that's easier said than done, but maybe physically leaving the house might help that - like go to the park or something for some quiet alone time where you can be deep in thought for a while. Sometimes a refresh from what is bothering us can do wonders. I wish you the best! :)
