Why? The twitter post you referenced is essentially saying "If one thinks blackrock is wrong for what is doing then do something about it. His suggestion is to change the government policy that is incentivizing the behavior."

What about this specific post referenced is being an enemy?

Think about why he is #1 in engagement on facebook. Who owns facebook, is he being boosted? Why is he doing damage control on a company that is now a primary driver of rising housing prices? It may look good on paper, but where will tbat young couple ever be able to buy a home? Is rent a viable option when it is the only option? Does rent rise yearly? How about the payment on a 30yr mortgage? If the dollar becomes worthless where is the wealth, in dollars or physical assets?
