I just hired a recent graduate as an events coordinator. Went to a very good state school. 3.8 GPA, student government, impressive internship and resume. They have been with us since October. Take care of your health, eat whole foods, exercise at an elevated heart rate at least 30 minutes a day, do a resistance/weight lifting workout 3-5x a week, take immune boosting supplements, get outside no matter the weather, limit screen time and be sexually active with your partner. The system is no longer holding up its end of the bargain.
