I agree with most of what Ben says, and most of the time, too. As someone who lost their home during the last R E bubble-pop and thanks to Obama's COMPLETE BULLSHIT REFERRALS TO CRIMINAL REFI ADVISORS, I don't like seeing homes gobbled up like is happening, but, Blackrock and other predatory RE buying outfits are doing what the government allows them to do. They see an opportunity to reaps huge rewards, so why wouldn't they.... it is not like the ethics that might prevail between individual people... it is "business". Hence the problem. Got to stop this at the source.
