Who deems anything Holy Writ?
There is zero authority is Protestantism so it doesn't matter if one sect deems it Holy or not.
The standard by which things are measured requires authority and only the Catholic church has a power structure involving authority. The Protestants reject Papal authority which would be the measure by which anything was determiened to be Holy Writ or not.
There is no "deeming things Holy Writ" in Protestantism because none of them recognize authority, instead they recognize personal interpretation.
The Council of Nicea reached agreement among all the bishops of Christendom on what was the canon (Holy Writ). It is accepted among Protestants as well as Catholics as well as Orthodox. The Catholic bishop didn't get uppity until later and the bishops of the other churches did not accept the church of Rome as being pre-eminent.

Christenodm or Catholicism?
Christendom. Bishop of Rome. Bishop of Alexandria. Bishop of Antioch. etc. Before the Bishop of Rome acquired delusions of grandeur.
Those are Catholic Bishops, honey.
The Patriarch of Alexandria (also known as the Bishop of Alexandria or Pope of Alexandria) is the highest-ranking bishop of Egypt.
