I believe Q is referring to the pics (in Q drops) of what is inferred to be James Comey, and a woman walking the streets of London, at night, near a British intelligence headquarters. I don't recall which Q drops had those pics, but they are in Q drops.

And yes, I find the Q drop interesting as well.
