Trump should return to the presidency via Constitutional means. Preferably in January 2023, so he can the run again and have a 6-year term.

I don't understand what you mean.

2023-2025 half term (after the '22 midterms and GOP takes Congress) Full term from 2024 election starts 2025 and lasts until 2029.

23-29 is 6 years.
