Truckers will do what they and other fuel dependent businesses did during obamas 5/6 dollar a gallon diesel prices. Fuel surcharge.we were getting a 50 dollar fuel surcharge on in town tows. Your 40 dollar 2 mile tow cost you 100 bux back then.

You will ultimately be paying those excess taxes.
