Pretty sure thats one of the vanwa tech IP addresses you are pinging with that, which is the whole point of a DDOS protection service that reverse-proxies for their clients, and whose actual IPs you never actually see.
This is the first i've heard though that 8kun is actually hosted on a DoD IP block.. any references to this?

From what I can see in that picture it claims 8kun.net resolves to 47.254.122.135 which is part of https://ipinfo.io/AS45102/47.254.0.0/17-47.254.122.0/24
Also, if I edit my hosts file I can make
output any IP I want.
But nslookup is still accurate
The DNS pointer is : v441475.hosted-by-vdsina.ru
vdsina.ru is a russian host which claims to be hosting 8kun: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?channel=fs&client=ubuntu&q=cache%3Ahttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fvdsina%2Fposts%2F2662179627242343%2F
