Specifically the way people hold each other back from obtaining success.

Sometimes this is due to jealousy, sometimes its hatred, sometimes its about having irrational control. In the end, you can tie it back to that individual person's insecurity.

One of the reasons I love the MAGA movement is because of how it enables people to pursue their happiness. It feels like all the "talk" of America meets the "action" the neocons were lacking.
