Born and raised in New Mexico and I'll tell you first hand, it is the NATION'S ARMPIT!!! Good people but too lazy to stand up to the scourge from the south and the gang and hippie migrations of the 60's and 70's. Throw in the enviornmentalists and they're defeated completely. How could an entire state be placed on Supervised Probation? It's obviously what that state needs...
