One person in the comments at Gab called BS because no one in the industry refers to it as Oil and Gas. They call it the Oil industry, or the oil patch, etc.
Also, how do you go from working with pregnant women in reproduction and endocrinology to being an executive in recruiting for the petroleum industry? She said working with women, not medical recruiting, which might translate to other recruiting. Sounds flakey.
She's an "executive in recruiting" because any Tom Dick or Harry can be a recruiter. Zero barrier to entry. She places one person per year she can call it a proper job. She's probably an executive of a one-person recruiting shop.
And the other poster was right...nobody refers to it as Oil and Gas except maybe executives of one person recruiting shops.
Can we get any corroboration from anyone else in the field? This is hearsay at most.
