Most of those 4-6% live in Eugene, Portland and Seattle. I just got back from a shopping trip in Eugene. I swear they must all watch CNN. Bunch of self-righteous, mask-wearing morons keeping those bacteria-infested face diapers on their faces while outside by themselves. I just have to laugh at them.
