In a warming climate, the Earth's atmosphere expands and the jet stream is much less variable, oscillating between a narrower range of latitudes. Weather patterns, rainfall, etc. all become more predictable and less severe. So, a strong cycle 25 would be a good thing overall (remember, global warming is a DS hoax, and part of their great reset propaganda).

The scientists in the article are making a prediction about an early end to cycle 24, which would mean a strong cycle 25 if their prediction is correct.
On the other hand, a lot of evidence suggests a weak cycle 25 similar to cycle 24. We will see (but it is not that big of a deal either way).
