This might likely be true, but my questions would be - how in the hell does an H/R department have a comprehensive and accurate up-to-date list of who has taken the jab and who hasn't, especially in a medium-large size company. This is private information and I don't know of any company where it's mandatory to report the jab. Something smells funny with this one.
