Legally this is possible. Cameltoe will have her operatives smother Xiden like the DA did to Scalia. "Our brave president's heart gave out after his courageous battle against the evil Trump minions." Big state funeral, etc, weeping actors in the MSM video. What will remain to be seen will be elections and the resurgence of a new, unified, Conservative political party.
