Is vaccine shedding a thing?

We spent the day with my family that are all vaccinated. ??‍♀️They are the only people we know and spend time with that are vaccinated. Today we feel terrible. Just drained and tired. Could this be related to be around vaccinated people or am I paranoid?

Butting in to say that I did. After my mom got her second moderna shot my son and I stayed at her house for an overnight, both were sick the whole next week with symptoms worse than when we had Covid earlier in the year, which was a sniffle for a day.
