Boris is just a puppet these days. Most of the leaders aren't their normal selves either. Everything is subdued. One wonders, who are pulling their strings these days?
She has always carried a purse. It's part of the outfit. Supposedly she keeps a clean pair of gloves in it and not much else.
She probably carries a loaded 45 in her purse and I don’t doubt that she knows how to fire it.
