Exactly my observation. All the white populations are declining and the POC's are increasing, for the most part. This has to be by design.

Kill off the people who take the trouble to produce the food, medicine, technology, transportation, energy, and who build things

Meanwhile, increase the population of people who destroy, cannot manage the feat of feeding themselves, and have no appreciation of education
