Raffensperger lied and the WAPO edited the call to make Trump seem like he was telling Raffensperger to make up votes and ballots to make him win.

Months later, WAPO had to admit it was edited https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2021/03/16/washington-post-correction-trump-call-georgia-investigator/

But the MSM went along for the ride when the story first broke before the edit

Ahh the Riff Raff I think I recently saw something claiming he tried to say he didn’t know about the missing chain of custody (or maybe it was ballots) until everyone else did.
