So disclose.tv reported that Biden was currently over 2 hours late to NATO presser which they updated when he showed up, saying he was 2.5 hours late. Not only does post 1502 refer to 2.5 hours, it also shows a highlighted picture of a little girl's bicycle. Does that have anything to do with one of Biden's energy building activities.
