How you going to primary someone that controls the vote.
Read between the lines: Trump is straight up telling them that they no longer control the vote.

Trump is giving them every opportunity to make things right. By calling them out to do the right thing, just as he did with Kemp and Raffensperger from Georgia. They wouldn’t be fighting if they didn’t have something to hide. They act like their life depends on it and it probably does.
Step 1: Trump calls them out and suggests they won't be around long if they keep it up.
