Yes…HIV could have been the reason why he got the cancer in the first place, I also heard from another doc at Stanford that it was actually pretty treatable cancer, but jobs decided to do juicing and cure himself with diet. Which didn’t work. And then it was too late to try traditional (chemo, etc )methods.

But I don’t think that doc knew about the HIV Pos status, I mean—I just found out this morning from mother post re wiki drop (that I guess is months no months old?) oh well..can’t read everything…
