In days long long sense past that guy would have been strung up on a tree by a rope if he was caught out in the open like that. He better be glad we live in a more civilized age. Pretty sure the civility will disappear when the whole truth has been revealed. Then these fools will be begging for someone to arrest them and put them in a nice safe cell.
