Well it's not a PASSPORT passport, ya' know, purely voluntary.... so you can, like you know... engage in shopping and dining out and things free people do. DEFINITELY NOT A PASSPORT.... no way... but since it's California, you won't be able to do anything unless you follow orders, get your vaccinations, and accept the mark of the beast.
