Let's say @ilSharko is a LARP account, a parody, satire, whatever. Just like with Pompeo's & Scavino's tweets, they'd have to be so unbelievably well-versed in Q posts that they would have to know most drops better than us to reverse-engineer their tweets to correspond with specific Q posts, just in the hopes that anons would make the connection.
Again, that's assuming the LARP/troll explanation.
