No, I don't think that's true. It uses the spike protein to trigger an immune response, without actually giving you covid. J&J has done this before with the ebola vaccine which is fully approved for use in Europe. This is not new technology unlike the mRNA cocktail.
J&J is not good as it causes the spike protein to replicate. The others are definitely worse but this is not the panacea
