Well maybe they knew Ashley Babbitt was coming to DC and they knew they already had a double for her two or three days before.

Given that Ashley Babbitt is not going to cooperate in her own death, the other woman pretends to be Ashley Babbitt and pretends to be shot.

The real Ashley Babbitt is kidnapped and killed earlier that day.

Has anyone who really knew Ashley Babbitt and went to DC with her testified that they were with her up into and including the moment she was shot?
