Something very odd is going on. Long story short, what I thought was a severe reaction to grass pollen is a nasty virus. Not noteworthy, except for the fact that my 4 year old cousin in TX and his little cousin in TN both have the exact same symptoms, which came on at the same time mine did and are following the same pattern. So, a little boy in Texas, a little boy in Tennessee, and a grown woman in Michigan somehow have the same illness, at the same time, down to when our low grade fevers spiked then broke?! Allergies are ruled out because of the three very different climates we’re in. So is bacterial infection because little TX guy started a z-pack Sunday and it did nothing. What the fuck is going on?

Similar, but mine has gotten worse and progressed. Doc prescribed steroids.
Hmm. It’s definitely strange. It’s not climate that’s doing it because the locations are different. It’s not likely to be allergies because the locations have all have different allergens. There’s no bug going around right now other than a short stomach bug.
Back in February I had some serious funk. At first I just hung out cause I figured it was the Ronies and just waited to get over it. Then it progressed into back pain and decreased urine output, so I went to the doctor fearing sepsis. My fever would be so bad I’d wake up in sweat with cold chills. They said it was a UTI. Gave me a shot of Rocephrin and a script of Doxycycline. A few days later they called and said my test results came back and that it wasn’t a UTI and that they didn’t know what it was. They told me to follow up with my PCP to find out what was going on, but I had already basically recovered.
