Putin is blunt and straight forward, from what I've seen. It wouldn't surprise me if he is the one to tell the world this "Biden Presidency" is a joke, a fraud and a waste of his time. We already see it in the G-7 laughing at his gaffs and lack of mental clarity. He is an embarrassment to the world stage and we all know it. Putin will just point out the obvious.
