I agree with you but getting everyone injected was never a realistic goal. They need just enough to blame the new sicknesses on us (the un-injected.) It's not hard to convince the sheep that the un-injected are the problem, even in the face of the obvious. They did this with a Measles and Whooping Cough outbreak a few years back. Notice how they blamed all those un-vaxxed jewish kids...

Ive never been convinced these measles outbreaks weren’t fake news. They sure seem to happen at the most opportune times, to help push a narrative
