We have to bag our trash or it will not be picked up and we will be fined in heavy duty plastic bags, yet, grocery stores are trying to stop using plastic bags and are pushing their "reusable bags" for "only" one dollar a bag.
Talk about a racket. I save every plastic bag I receive from the grocery stores and reuse them. I even turn them into plarn and crochet "grocery bags" so when they do stop, I will have sturdy bags to use.
Yep....shut down oil production, but require the use of plastic bags and hang plexi-glass every where. Only works when a high percentage of the populace lacks critical thinking skills.

Yep, we reuse our plastic grocery bags as trash can bags for our small trash cans. They work perfectly and have a tie built in.
