I kinda think at this point, "UFO" is black hat comms. Just a code word for the white hats undoing their plans, not actual space aliens.

There's an interesting thought. Maybe the black hats have their own comms, and their various false flags and bogeymen have a strategic meaning in their own side of the struggle.
