Help a new guy out, who is Putin?

Election waker. Still learning the real world.

Putin? Is it just me or is it really hard to put a finger on this guy?

I'm convinced he had something to do with stopping Clinton stealing the election and seems to genuinely want to stop America becoming a socialist company against China's wishes.

Maybe a play to weaken his neighbor?

What do you guys think about him and his motives?

President Putin seems to represent Russia's interests well. Hunter's involvement with Ukraine is not good for Russia, U.S. or just about everyone else.
