Alcohol, tobacco, and firearms are all legal. Why do we need an organization to limit those freedoms?

They also do explosives too, but it's bullshit, they were 4 years behind during the Obama administration, I started a career and then 4 years later they denied my license so I literally had to change careers, it's bullshit
